We are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to work on behalf of our client in their Waterford based office. Responsibilities include:  Budget preparation and estimates. Administration of subcontractors. Preparation of tender documentation. Preparation of financial reports. Monitoring subcontractor progress and issuing interim payments. Dealing with negotiation of contract variations. Project procurement. Monitoring of project costs. Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. ideallly 1-3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (Graduates may apply. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent IT skills. Full driving licence. Role primarily South East based. Interested?
