Description

This is a six-month contract initially. Required to: 1. Collaborate with business stakeholders analysing business practices throughout the organisation. 2. Use this information to promote Digital Transformation and process improvements. 3. Run requirements workshops. 4. Design, build & implement SharePoint solutions to replace manual & paper-based business processes. 5. Design & deliver an effective Information Architecture. 6. Design & deliver a robust governance model. 7. Train users on standard M365 features and SharePoint solutions built. 8. Provide documentation for everything that is built. 9. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required by the Programme Manager. Experience: 1. Minimum of 5 years SharePoint solution design & building experience. 2. Manufacturing industry experience would be useful (not mandatory. 3. Pragmatic in approach while delivering innovative solutions to agreed plans. 4. Have delivered single tenant (with multi-company occupancy) Global solutions. 5. Designed & built intranets with SharePoint OOTB, on SharePoint Modern. 6. Designed & built solutions that allow suppliers and customers to share solutions on SharePoint. 7. Experience with user adoption techniques. 8. Experience in user training for SharePoint, Teams & other elements of M365. 9. Designed & implemented a Structural Governance Model for Teams/Groups/Sites. 10. Must have managed full testing of solutions without test manager help. 11. Must be comfortable working without constant supervision. Skills (must have): 1. Deep technical knowledge of SharePoint Modern & M365 Applications. 2. Power Apps, Power Automate; designing and building. 3. Design & build of DMS and KMS solutions. 4. Experience of using third party M365 APIs. 5. A strong understanding of Information Management principles. 6. Great communicator - able to translate complicated subjects in a simplistic manner (very important. 7. SharePoint (Modern) site configuration & site provisioning. 8. Experience troubleshooting SharePoint issues. 9. Records management skills will be required. 10. Complex workflow design and build experience. 11. Forms creation. 12. PowerShell abilities. 13. Data migration experience with ShareGate (Proventeq would be nice. 14. Site template building. 15. Knowledge transfer show power users how solutions were built. Skills (nice to have. 1. Integration with non-M365 platforms such as ERP using Restful APIs. 2. Exposure to gateways and common data service. 3. Exposure to Abbyy OCR and SharePoint integration. 4. Power BI experience. 5. HTML5, CSS, JSON, jQuery, JavaScript, .NET This is not a developer role. 6. Microsoft certifications are a bonus, particularly if they are SharePoint related. 7. Designed & built solutions to scan documents to SharePoint & tagging them. 8. Dynamics CRM experience. 9. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services.
