The Investment Services Division is responsible for delivering supports to manage and maintain its direct and indirect equity supports through direct investment and through investment as an LP into Venture Funds.   The key objective is to support the delivery of maximum impact on companies’ development, financial performance, and economic outcome.  The role of the Equity Department is to manage the Enterprise Ireland (EI) investment portfolio (consisting of equity, loan notes and repayable advance (RA)) to ensure the investments are completed and managed in accordance with the legal agreements.  The role is critical to the successful implementation of EIs Sustaining Enterprise Fund which provides crucial liquidity support through both Equity and Repayable Advance instruments to companies impacted by Covid19.   The Senior Legal Adviser will work closely with the commercial evaluation and equity teams to advise on any legal matters relating to investments in client companies.  The role will require strong co-ordination with external legal service providers ensuring that new investments are completed in a timely fashion.       Application details/procedure: https://www.enterprise-ireland.com/en/About-Us/Our-People/Careers-in-Enterprise-Ireland/       Closing date: 13/05/2021.       Please note that this advertisement is being hosted by the Public Appointments Service on publicjobs.ie.
