Quantity Surveyor – CSA - new build Data Centre – Frankfurt, Germany. Our client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor who undertake projects across Europe/Worldwide specialising, in particular, in the Technology/Data Centres sectors as well as Life Sciences, Healthcare and Building Services. They have an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee all commercial aspects on a new build Data Centre in Frankfurt, Germany. You will have full responsibility for the Civil, Structural and Architectural packages. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant 3rd level qualification within Quantity Surveying, coupled with at least 3-5 years QS work experience with a main contractor or specialist subcontractor overseeing major projects. Previous Data Centre project exposure is not required although would be advantageous. On offer is a highly competitive base salary + living allowance + accommodation + flights + travel + benefits.
