Description

Spanish Financial Administrator. Working with a global company who are looking for a Spanish Customer Service administrator. Successful candidates will be providing admin and customer service.  He/She will be required to shift work on a rotational basis that may rotate between 9:30am - 10.00pm (8 hour day. Duties include: • Dealing with customers through e mail, inbound and outbound calls. • Processing transactions. • Processing customer requests. • Making outbound calls to clarify customer requests if necessary. • Completes written customer correspondence when necessary. • Provides follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved. • Builds relationships with staff from other departments. • Escalates issues to management when needed. Skills/Experience required: • Diploma/BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. • 1-2 years of customer service / financial services experience.
