Hartley People are looking for a technically minded Bilingual Service Desk Agent (French & English) with attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills to join our Client’s team in Waterford.    Responsibilities: Provide L1 support for technical issues in English and French. Proactively come up with solutions to shorten downtime in the best way possible. Maintaining and improving the Knowledge Base. Continuously improve the service offered to clients. Accommodate overflow support during busy/after hour periods.   Core competencies/qualities (questions): Fluency in English and French with great communication skills essential. Customer service experience. Tech support experience a distinct advantage. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.   Interested?
