Due to recent growth in business, Hartley People are recruiting a full-time Office Administrator to work in a busy, well-established Waterford City company.   Key Duties and Responsibilities: Answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with customer queries – providing excellent customer service. Inputting customer orders on the system and logging service calls. Following up on delivery queries. Assisting with stock control. Manging all requirements for a fleet of company vehicles. General management of office utilities. Assist with customer invoicing. Assisting with ad hoc projects as required. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years office admin experience. Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn I.T. systems quickly. Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.
