Retail HR Manager Dublin / Wicklow I am recruiting for a HR Manager on behalf of our client who is a successful independent symbol retail grocery business based in North Dublin. Due to recent demand and expansion in our clients business, they are seeking a customer-focused and a strong people person to manage the HR function within the store. The role involves all aspects of recruitment, performance management, administration, training, and payroll. This role is predominately Monday to Friday office hours and is offering a salary of 35,000- 40,000 DOE. Your responsibilities as Retail HR Manager: Overseeing the continuous development and support to all new and existing colleagues in the store. Managing procedures, policies, and health & safety in the shop. Managing the general administration of employee records, training, reviews, etc. Looking after all payroll queries, looking for discrepancies, processing payroll files to accounts, and budget control. Handling customer complaints and queries. Leading and carrying out employee inductions, training, and development of staff in the store. Take a lead role in grievance cases, conducting investigations, and carrying out disciplinary's when called on and counseling other management on fair procedure and best practice. Management of the probationary process where applicable. Who you are as Retail HR Manager: Notable experience and a proven track record in Retail or some customer faced HR environment would be an advantage. Relevant HR Qualifications are desirable. Payroll experience is essential. Highly organised and proficient with HR principles. Excellent communication skills and detail orientated.
