Technical Support Training Lead - Process and Product (by Technical, this means within a Med Device, Engineering or Clinical setting. Job Location: East Galway City. Reporting to: Technical Services Manager. Contract type: Permanent. This Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering training on diagnostic products, Complaint Handling processes and tools. You'll be promoting efficiency and enhancing the customer experience by developing the skills and efficiency of the team. Job responsibilities: Develop training offerings to ensure that a good quality skillset is maintained within the team. Deliver training on company products and the underlying technology. Deliver training on complaint handling processes. Monitor the effectiveness of all training on an ongoing basis. Establish and monitor training KPI’s to ensure compliance. Responsible for the Induction and training of new team members. Maintain and grow your personal knowledge and skills as well as technical/product knowledge within the team. The skills and experience needed: Third level qualification in medical/science/engineering discipline or similar. Training experience within the medical device industry and/or a clinical setting. Demonstrated success in managing training deployment. Strong record of developing and implementing procedures within a compliance framework.
