This great & growing company has a requirement for a Customer Service Exec. to support their Supply Chain Department. It is a lovely welcoming organisation to work for with a competitive salary and benefits. In this role you will be responsible for:- Managing the order to invoice process for all customers, comprising of over 700+ orders a week. Continuous mgt. of stock/ sales files ensuring no discrepancies between the company & distributor records; Process sales comprising of 700+ invoices for all customers (3 days per week), using EDI & Exchequer with 100% completeness & accuracy. Work closely with other depts to ensure all orders / sales are recorded correctly. Investigate, approve, & process customer credit note claims for any stock discrepancies, damage etc. Investigate stock discrepancies at our stock holding locations; EDI mgt. - Maintain records of EDI order data used to forecast future order volumes; analyse order trends; & keep all customer accounts up to date. Manage EDI on-boarding for all new customers to ensure set up is completed in a timely manner. Maintain customer data on system. Ensure adherence to all processes in a timely & accurate fashion to meet the company requirements for order fulfilment & stock replenishment. Ensuring proactive effective customer contact regarding orders/forecasts & coordinate. Skills & attributes Excellent attention to detail & organisation skills. Strong communication & customer service skills. A good team player who works well with others, combining efforts to achieve the desired outcome for the business as a whole. Proactive & reactive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Perceptive individual who notices & reports any issues or discrepancies key people. Adaptable, flexible can-do attitude.
