Finance Business Partner | 80k. My client, an international bank based in Dublin City Centre are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner. Suitable candidates will have strong IFRS9 experience, Business Partnering/ Stakeholder Manager experience and have banking experience. Key Responsibilities. Support delivery of the bank’s key strategies with enhanced performance metrics. Proactively identify and highlight key trends and issues for critical decision making. Evaluate strategic proposals and assess financial and regulatory impacts. Preparation of Board papers and ad hoc presentations for Executive Committee as required. Lead the IFRS 9 annual budgeting process, in conjunction with key stakeholders across the bank. Design, implement and manage effective reporting and analysis. Enhance forecasting methodologies including predicting cures, restructures and non-performing loan reporting. Review financial statements and liaise with auditors. Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customer and stakeholders. Review and assess internal operational and financial control processes within Decision Support, with a continuous improvement approach aimed at enhancing financial integrity, increasing transparency and reducing operational risk.
