Accounts Receivable Manager - EMEA region. Are you an experienced AR/Credit Control Manager with proven people & operations management experience from the multinational or large corporate sector? Our client, a US multinational headquartered in the Limerick region, are now restructuring their global finance function & are actively recruiting for a senior level AR/Credit Control Manager to head up their AR team. The Job : Reporting to the Director of Global Finance, you will be a key part of a global finance team but focus specifically on leading the AR team & function both in Ireland & across the wider EMEA region. You will lead, motivate & develop the AR team members, drive process efficiencies & effectiveness, achieve regional/global targets as well as analysing & reporting on key industry trends. In addition to these strategic level duties, you will also develop & drive dynamic team metrics, support on-going training within the division, lead AR process audits across the EMEA region, work collaboratively with peers across the wider finance function, lead project teams & become a subject matter expert in all aspects of the companys AR policies. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified. An additional accounting or related qualification would be an advantage. 6-7+ years industry experience in a similar manager/team lead role within an AR/credit control function. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications. High-level interpersonal skills, problem solving & numeric ability. Ability in a 2nd European language would be an advantage.  The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent position & salary on offer will depend on skills/experience of the candidate but is expected to range from 55-65k approx.
