Duties as a Confectioner: Preparing a wide variety of confectionery goods. Following recipes and bringing new ideas for recipes to the table. Measuring and weighing ingredients. Ensuring all HACCP. Providing excellent customer service. Requirements for this Confectioner Job: Experience as a Confectioner. Ability to thrive under pressure. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
