Registry Customer Support Specialist Working in partnership with our niche global client, Sanderson are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist who is a fast learner with excellent analytical and people skills. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to a variety of customer interactions, be tech savvy as well as a strong communicator in written English (additional languages -French or Spanish would be beneficial. As first point of contact for customers providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting and website support, you will ensure access to the web portal facilitating technical troubleshooting (e.g. browser support, downloading software). Your customers will be legal officers, financial institutions, OEM's and professional service firms as well as designated government bodies and international institutions. Registry Officials work in teams which are shift rostered to cover the main business hours of a worldwide customer base. Key Responsibilities Provide email, chat and phone support demonstrating an excellent level of service to agreed SLA. Qualify account applications (including identity verification) prior to granting access to the Registry, adhering to internal policies/procedures. Provide on-line training to new customers of the website. Tracking customer feedback regarding the Registry and suggest enhancements. Opportunity to participate in quarterly software testing for the International Registry product. Education & Qualifications University Degree or equivalent required in Business or Arts. Knowledge & Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience supporting customers via phone, Email and Chat. Real passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including resolution of issues and the ability to follow through on decisions. Ability to minimise confusion through active listening for customers in particular where English is not their native language. Able to work well as part of a team but also independently when required (experience working with remote teams. Welldeveloped IT skills including office 365 &CRM and browser support. Attention to detail with excellent record keeping skills. High level of flexibility.
