HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will provide an end to end operational HR service to the business. From recruitment to onboarding/offbording, payroll to employee relations and mobility, you will a gain HR knowledge and experience in all generalist areas to support our manufacturing client in their growth plans. This is a 6 month temporary assignment with a view to a longer term contract with the business. Core Responsibilities. Responsible for the coordination and administration of the day-to-day HR operations within the organisation. You will provide professional support, leadership and advice to managers in relation to all HR functions and will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries from employees within the business in a confidential manner. For the initial period, high volume recruitment will be a vital part of the role; the HR Coordinator will manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes and will have full ownership of the HR system, ensuring all information is up to date. The HR Coordinator will handle various immigration-related matters by supporting all aspects of upcoming international assignments and short-term business trips. As part of a wider HR team, the HR Coordinator will contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy and they will support the management of all formal and informal employee relation matters in accordance with Irish employment legislation. Administration of payroll and benefits, and other ad hoc duties as required is also an essential part of the role. Additional Requirements. Some travel required. A 3rd Level Diploma or Degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
