HR Analyst (SAP) Working closely with our international services client Sanderson are recruiting for an HR Analyst to be the go to person for all HR data processes and queries via a superior knowledge of operational HR process and the related systems behind them. You will have strong implmentation and management of HR information systems specifically SAP Successfactors as you will join a team that is overseeing the functional development of Employee Central. Core Duties First point of contact for HR system and Payroll queries for the team in Dublin. Support the Global HR Systems team by leading troubleshooting, escalation & resolution data. Provide support for HRIS; researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternative methods. Support global HR Process projects to enhance efficiencies acting as the regional process expert for HR data. Assist in the implementation of the HR system. Write and maintain reports utilising appropriate tools; develop and administer standard reports. Manage HRIS data entry functions. Ensure accurate documentation process manuals are designed and updated. Ensure data accuracy by conducting assessments, troubleshooting and correcting identified HR Data issues. Coordinate & lead the robust testing for IT system updates and new releases. Help maintain data integrity in systems and ensuring compliance with legislation e.g. GDPR. Engage organization to drive strong performance; lead employee engagement initiatives locally and support HR globally to promote and develop arvato as 'great place to work' Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train staff and new system users on new processes/functionality. Engage with SAP Engineering on system troubleshooting and liaise with local HR teams to develop tailored solutions. Coordinate system enhancements and change requirements with SAP, HR Systems Team and local HR stakeholders. Skills & Experience 3rd level HR qualification. A working knowledge of SAP Success factors Employee Central. Previous experience in SAP project implementation would be a distinct advantage. Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement related qualification. Experience working in an HR role would prove beneficial.
