Sales Director (Software) Sanderson is recruiting a Sales Director to lead and develop a team of Account Managers. This is a senior sales leadership position, reporting directly to the President & General Manager EMEA. The Director will be responsible for driving sales revenue, assessing and improving existing sales processes, hiring, motivating and developing account management team members, and collaborating across departments and geographies to facilitate peak performance and organisational growth. Our international client is a 20 year old award winning US Multinational who has grown organically and through a series of strategic acquisitions. They sell to a Global customer base and provide remote management software for the IT industry. They develop and sell software to monitor computers running Windows, OS X and Linus operating systems which enables a single framework for implementing IT policy, procedures and systems management. The Ideal Candidate Will Have. Significant experience selling SaaS to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and/or Small to Medium Businesses. Experience with metrics-based sales management techniques (daily, weekly activity levels, pipeline growth and coverage, forecasting accuracy. Proven track record of 5+ years managing sales teams and developing balanced performance across reps. Experience in defining repeatable sales processes and enforcing 100% compliance with them. Personal Attributes. High-energy, entrepreneurial and hands-on, over-achiever, driven, collaborative, creative, problem solver. Strong coaching ability to ensure account managers are successful in prospecting, qualifying, and managing complex sales cycles. Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus. Highly skilled in recruiting & training team members. Salesforce CRM experience is a must. University degree preferred. Core skills: People development, coaching and inspiration to a team of successful Account Executives. You are passionate about software products and services, numbers and metrics-driven, and a skilled problem solver. It is expected that you will have excellent presentation and written communication skills and at home speaking with customers and assisting them with any issues they may be experiencing.
