HRIS Analyst Sanderson is recruiting a permanent HRIS Analyst for an amazing ground floor opportunity to design the HR systems environment by researching and identifying a global HR system, global reporting tools, employee collaboration & engagement tools, and an applicant tracking system. Leading the business requirements gathering process; identify and investigate appropriate system solutions, manage the licensing and acquisition process. The HRIS Anayst will then lead on HR systems implementations and support from a project management perspective. Skills Needed: Methodical detailed approach to work and experience in building and managing relationships with wide range of stakeholders. Engaging and professional communicator with a collaborative approach with colleagues across multiple locations. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience of translating business requirements into deliverables and across multiple geographies. Understanding the experience of the employee lifecycle and the corresponding data lifecycle (from input to analysed product. Experience of creating Senior Executive level analysis and presentations. Pace and Agility is key for this role. Essential Experience: Relevant 3rd level qualification; Professional Project Management qualification; Experience of implementing or supporting global HR Systems; Excellent knowledge of HR Systems and tools; 3-5 years of experience in HRIS Role and 3-5 years in HR Generalist Role (or similar) role. Advanced MS Excel skills / MS PowerPoint skills. Previous experience with Data Analytics.
