Store Manager. Our client, a successful Non-Food retail chain is seeking to recruit a Store Manager for one of their Dublin Stores. With stores nationwide and known for their fantastic product offering and knowledge in Home appliances, Electrical goods and Technology. This is a wonderful job opportunity for a dynamic and customer driven retail manager. As Store Manager, you will be results driven and strive towards meeting and exceeding sales targets, profitability and stores KPI's. You will be an inspirational leader with excellent people management skills, strong commercial and operational skills and the ability to deliver success through your team. Responsibilities for the job of Store Manager include the following : Day to day commercial and operational management of the store. Drive a positive culture within the store through team briefs and strong communications. Manage your stores P&L and ensure all departmental margins are in line with store profitability and plan. Ensure exceptional customer service and engagement is delivered at all times. Implement retail priorities and effectively communicate targets and objectives amongst your sales team. Deliver the retail plan through your team, service and product knowledge. Lead and motivate your team through high levels of sales training and engagement. Analyse trading reports and react accordingly in order of achieving your store KPI's. Ensure company succession plan is implemented, to encourage growth amongst your team. Experience required for the job of Store Manager : 2-3 years + retail management experience within a customer service driven retail environment. Strong commercial and operational experience within a fast paced retail environment. Experience in managing and achieving sales targets and delivering on company KPI's. Experience in analysing the store P&L. Strong leadership and people mentoring and motivational skills. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work to tight deadlines. A self-starter with resilience and a passion to succeed both personally and organisationally. Experience in Electrical technology retail is advantageous but not essential - Fashion and Non-food high volume retail management experience.
