Food and Beverage Manager required busy 5* Hotel Munster region, this high profile property is recruiting experienced senior Manager to lead the team in delivering service excellent and standards in all Food and Beverage Outlets Including Weddings, Banquets & Events. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role, preferably with a busy luxury property with extensive banqueting and Events trade. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume business. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude, patient and flexible.
