Supplier Risk & Relationship Manager. Dublin/London. In this exciting role you will be responsible for the design & development of a best-in-class SRM programme for managing relationships with 3rd Parties & sources of risk. Help the company get the best from supplier relationships & holistically manage exposure to supplier risk, throughout the life cycle. Key Responsibilities: You will be an expert on supplier risk, in relevant regulatory requirements, industry trends, & best practices. Design & map processes to implement SRM strategy & drive effective & timely operation of this. Create/improve the current Risk Assessment Process for existing & new suppliers from a financial, IT, compliance & security point of view. Know all the best in SRM methodology & related software. Performance Manage Reviews of contracts & SLAs & KPIs. Create process for efficient supplier - improvement or removal. Design KPI's to benchmarking internal performance against best-in-class standards. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy in & awareness of function in developing & implementing the framework. Engage with SRM stakeholders in & beyond Procurement team to understand their needs. Training of users in the SRM processes, providing training materials where necessary. Identifying & implementing appropriate technology for assisting in all SRM activities. Review & approve supplier onboarding & contract review requests from a holistic risk perspective, considering risk such as credit, compliance, IT Security, Data Protection. Ensuring that new suppliers are assigned risk scores & accurately tiered at the point of onboarding, & drive future SRRM activities for same. Experience Needed. Extensive knowledge of high level SRM strategy, processes, best practice, systems & innovations & experience designing, implementing & managing same. 3 rd level degree/similar & ideally a CIPS or Risk mgt. 10+ years in dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional s/holders in implementing improvements. Enthusiastic, self-driven & self-motivation & be resilient.
