Devises And Implements Communications Strategies And Programmes For Public, Semi-State. And Developer-Led Projects Including In The Areas Of Energy, Climate Action, Water, Wastewater, Flooding And Transportation. Central To This Work Is The Design And. Delivery Of Effective Public Consultation And Engagement Programmes Which Build. Stakeholder Trust And Social Acceptance To Support The Delivery Of Critical Infrastructure. And Sustainability Projects.      We Currently Have A Vacancy For A. Consultant With 5-7 Years’ Experience Gained In Communicating Complex Projects. To Stakeholders. Experience Of Managing Communications For An Utilities Or. Infrastructure Projects Would Be Beneficial. In This Exciting Role, You Will Work. Directly With Clients And As Part Of Multidisciplinary Project Teams To Advise. On And Implement Communications Strategies To Support The Delivery Major. Renewable Energy, Water And Sustainability Projects. As Well As Working. Directly With Communities And Stakeholders, The Successful Consultant Will Have. Responsibility For Client Relationship Management.      Key. Responsibilities     • Developing And Implementing Effective. Project Communications Strategies And Plans To Support The Delivery Of Infrastructure. Projects For Our Clients;  • Leading Client Workshops As Part. Of The Development Of Consultation And Engagement Programmes;  • Leading Community And Stakeholder. Engagement Programmes And Public Consultations; And Representing Clients At. Public Information Events And Stakeholder Meetings;  • Producing High Quality Reports For. Publication; Developing Project Websites, Videos, Social Media Strategies;   • Managing Project Teams And. External Suppliers To Realise Our Clients’ Vision And Communications Objectives.  • Contributing To Business. Development And Tendering Activity.  • Due. To The Dynamic Nature Of Rps’S Business, Key Responsibilities Will Evolve And. Change Over Time.    Required Experience      • 5-7. Years Professional Experience Gained In Communications, Ideally In The Utilities. / Engineering / Construction Sectors;  • Experience. Of Stakeholder Engagement In Communities Throughout Ireland;  • Demonstrable. Experience In The Development And Implementation Of Effective Communications. And Engagement Strategies And Plans;  • Proven. Experience Of Leading And Developing Small Teams And Working Within Large Multidisciplinary. Teams To Deliver Projects To Programme, Quality And Budget;  • Demonstrable. Experience Of Client Relationship Management Including Progress Reporting And Managing. Project Budgets In A Deadline Driven Environment;  • Demonstrable. Experience Of Devising And Implementing Successful Communications Strategies, Including. Developing Communications Collateral, Media And Social Media Campaigns And. Event Management.  • The. Ideal Candidate Will Hold An Undergraduate Degree In Geography / Engineering / Environmental. Science / Planning; And Have Undertaken Post-Graduate Study In Communications Or. Marketing.        Skills And. Abilities     • Outstanding. Interpersonal And Relationship Management Skills For Engaging With Communities, Stakeholders, Clients And Colleagues Are Essential For This Role;  • Exceptional. Presentation, Writing And Editing Skills, With Fluency In Written And Spoken English. Is Essential;  • A. Flexible And Willing Approach To Travel For Work At Project Locations And At. Client Offices/locations Usually Within Ireland;  • Proven. Ability To Make Complex Information Accessible And Relevant To A Wide Range Of. Audiences;  • Commercially.
