Tech Recruitment Sourcer. *Excellent opportunity to join a global industry leader* Large multinational tech company in Dublin City Centre looking to hire a Sourcing Expert for Tech roles. This job sits in a team of sourcing professionals working closely in collaboration with Recruitment Specialists. This is a contract position for 11 months. This job is acting purely in a support capacity, with a minimum of 3 years experience in high volume sourcing ability. Required Experience / Background: • Broad Tech Recruitment experience, in agency or in-house, recruiting for hard to fill roles and showing proven success in creative sourcing techniques. • Executive searching experience would be beneficial as this position is likely to involve some senior hiring. • Strong academics and evidence of achievements throughout previous work experience. • The successful candidate would need to have at least 2 years Tech Recruitment experience but is likely to have 2 – 3 years’ overall Recruitment experience. The Role: • The aim of this role is to source top talent for specific hard to find positions with one of the world’s most admired employers. • This will be a recruitment position that will focus on building networks within the Tech space. • This role will involve initial engagement of candidates and significant candidate interaction will be required. • Creativity and autonomy highly encouraged in order to develop and pursue new methods of engaging some of the highest performers in the Tech world.
