Description

The Human Resources department is responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll and employment law. These functions are carried out across the island of Ireland. The range of these functions extend to; arranging and ensuring measures for the development of new staff, and also the development and implementation of suitable employee recruitment procedures and channels. Staff training concepts and guidelines are regularly updated and distributed across the business. The department organises induction training for new employees but also controls the continuous evaluation of the current employees. This facilitates the improvement of concepts and measures around employee retention, employee’s personal development and also increasing motivation and morale. In terms of employee law, all personnel related activities and the handling of conflicts with employees are all dealt with by the HR department. The goal of the Payroll department is to accurately collect, administer and process employee’s attendances, absences, contractual and personal information to compute and pay employees on a monthly basis and additionally to ensure a professional service to all employees, business partners and other stakeholders in the handling of queries, correspondence, report creation and delivery of effective and up to date procedures.   Your Profile An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree. Full driver’s license is required. Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required. Motivation and drive. Strong personal skills. Work experience or experience abroad. German is an advantage but not a necessity.   What you can expect €36,400 salary per annum. 20 days holiday per annum. Private employee medical insurance. City & Guilds/ILM Accredited Programme.
