The Supply Chain Management department is split into two distinct areas, Supply Chain and Layout Management. In Supply Chain area, the department acts in a strategic manner to aid each Regional Supply Chain department in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on availability, write off control and freshness of product. The department also sets out best practice for regional operations. In the layout management area the primary responsibilities relate to all forms of product placement in the store, and the creation of the operational instructions to be communicated to stores for successful execution of a promotion, i.e. bringing the promotional leaflet to life for the customer. At Lidl, the supply chain doesn’t stop when the item is physically delivered to the store, in layout management, the team ensure that each category layout and promotional placement is designed with a view to maintaining simplicity and improving efficiencies, all the while delivering a strong message to the customer.   Your Profile. An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree. Full driver’s license is required. Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required. Motivation and drive. Strong personal skills. Work experience or experience abroad. German is an advantage but not a necessity    What you can expect €36,400 salary per annum. 20 days holiday per annum. Private employee medical insurance.
