Vendor Coordinator- French Speaker. This global company is growing it's vendor management team & this is a unique opportunity to use your negotiation and contract management skills, supporting the internal business units with essential services they need to ensure the organisations performs efficiently. Summary. You will be responsible for vendor & contract management of services the company uses. Key responsibilities. * Ability to understand & interpret contracts is vital. * Build key vendor relationships & categorise them under strategic, tactical, legacy or emerging. * Review & understand vendor financial status (reading & interpreting financial statements. * Create internal guides to contracts for Procurement & other internal s/holders. * Manage implementation of contracts in line with negotiations. * Monitor KPIs against & adjust where necessary. * Oversee complaints, issues & work with internal client & vendors to resolve. * track savings & cost avoidance, dealing with financial planning & forecasting. Required Skills/Experience. Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience. Completely literate in English language & French. Detail orientated sound financial knowledge, data analytical skills, communication & problem solving. Communicate comfortably with all levels of seniority. Customer focused - responds to queries in a confident, courteous & positive manner. Previous experience of working in a fast paced procurement environment. Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks; build & maintain effective working relationships. Awareness of regulation & legislation on the markets involved. Proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills & attention to detail.
