ECommerce Manager Sports Retail. My client a niche sports retailer in North Dublin City is looking for an ECommerce Manager to work alongside the owner in leading the online growth strategy for the company. The business has 2 stores and an impressive established website (managed externally) therefore, this is an exciting newly created inhouse role. It comes with a great deal of autonomy and a huge amount of responsibility for driving sales through online marketing. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum ECommerce experience either at executive or management level. Key Responsibilities for the job of ECommerce Manager Sports Retail: Oversee Website performance maximising sales and customer experience. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting. Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy in conjunction with the digital marketing executive to facilitate and promote the company's goals. Liaise with our brands to tie in with their marketing calendars and devise own calendar using such info. Analyse, report and improve on strategies. Increase marketplace profile and consumer awareness of the company brand. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with the digital executive. Devise omni-channel strategies towards increased customer acquisition and existing customer retention/conversion. Carry out continuous analysis of online marketing performance. Utilise a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC. Social media asset creation of content to make us stand out from our competitors. Optimise the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. New product setup using product info and visual content to create a market leading customer experience in our field. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Act as key contact for all technical issues related to the website and liaise accordingly with the website/software developer. Work with website developer towards continuous improvement. Requirements for the job of ECommerce Manager Sports Retail: Qualification in ECommerce/Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of retail and social media platforms. Experience of SEO, PPC, email marketing along with using digital tools i.e. CMS, Google Analytics & AdWords, Photoshop, File conversion etc. Package.
