Deputy Director of Legal Services – Competition. Application details/procedure: The new Deputy Director of Legal Services – Competition will be responsible for overseeing the provision of legal advice on civil/administrative and criminal enforcement of competition law and on the CCPC’s merger review functions. The Deputy Director will also be responsible for providing strategic legal advice on policy and legislative matters relating to the CCPC’s competition law functions. In addition, the Deputy Director will be required to oversee the provision of legal advice on other areas of law which impact the CCPC, including data protection law, procurement law and Freedom of Information. You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and organisational awareness skills.
