Title: Fair Deal Contracts Manager. Level: Grade VII. Salary: €49,837 - €51,053 - €52,477 - €53,904 - €55,337 - €56,615 - €57,919 - €59,186- €60,444 - €62,612 - €64,786 LSIs. LSI1 - After 3 years satisfactory service at the maximum. LSI2 - After 6 years satisfactory service at the maximum Important Note. Entry will be at the minimum of the scale and the rate of remuneration will not be subject to negotiation and may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy. Tenure: Permanent Full Time. Location: The NTPF is based at Ashford House, Tara Street, Dublin 2. Travelling may be required. Hours of work: Hours of attendance will be fixed but will amount to not less than 43 hours gross per week. Probationary Period: 12 months. The Role. The successful candidate will: • Negotiate pricing and other arrangements with a preassigned cohort of private and voluntary nursing homes participating in the Nursing Homes Support Scheme. • To report to management on the activities, outcomes and key issues arising from this role. • To ensure that the process and output from NTPF’s role provides value for money for exchequer funding and that the activities are carried out with fairness, transparency, efficiency and effectiveness. • To carry out duties and responsibilities of a similar grade. Required competencies: This position is graded as Grade VII and accordingly the competencies required for the position are in line with the Public Appointment Services Competency Model for this grade, which includes competencies in respect of: i. Leadership Potential. ii. Analysis & Decision Making. iii. Delivery of Results. iv. Specialist Knowledge, Expertise and Self Development. v. Interpersonal & Communication Skills. vi.
