Production Operatives. Job Ref. JO3630. Southwest Donegal. Temporary, immediate start. €10.10. Full-Time Hours (Shift Work. MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client who is indigenous to Donegal. They are a family owned business who have been in operation for over 50 years. They are an integral part of the local community and one of the main employers in the area. They have been making and continue to make original food produce since the founding of the Company. Due to a current surge in demand they are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities: Working in a factory environment in various depts. such as packing, hygiene, etc. Working on machines in a food production line whilst adhering to food safety standards. Following Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure production areas are maintained and meet the required standards of cleanliness. Adhering to food safety standards. Adhere to company hygiene policy. Physically demanding role which will include heavy lifting. Criteria: Production or a food production experience preferable. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Flexible approach to working hours and overtime. As the location of this client is quite remote and the hours are shift basis you should have access to your own vehicle. Previous experience of working a lean manufacturing environment and demonstrated problem solving ability is an advantage.
