Senior Project Manager - Build & Fit Out

This company is a dynamic and growing European Contractor who build and manage complex engineering projects. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience of large scale build and fit outs. Your responsibilities would include managing: - Site Safety with project team & company Safety Advisor. Site QA with QA Manager including set up, mgt. & close out of file. Project Schedule Project Team, Consulting Engineer & Client requirements. costs associated with Project including: Labour; Material; Plant & Equipment; Variations & Valuations. day to day site operations. sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule & manpower levels. weekly meetings with sub-contractor are minuted. "In Progress" snagging system ensuring supervisors return weekly punch lists applicable. Issue of direct labour hours & sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally. Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning & Co-ordination Meetings & H/over Meetings. Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material & Plant re-locations, Project Plan - all with the support of the site project manager. Upload to project File key system, with support of project QS, internal wkly progress report report. Highlight any risk elements within control of Company, eg: late deliveries. Issue external weekly progress report, to all stakeholders, highlighting areas not available, delays, shortage of design, third party hold ups. Ensure all Sub-contractor documentation including safety documentation maintained up to date & filed for future. Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material & Plant re-locations, Project Plan - all with the Support of Project team. Issue weekly safety stats & project labour projections. Hold weekly meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations captured & costs issued to the client. Develop & implement company procedures with the package managers. Ensure change mgt. is handled correctly (Cost & Programme. You will have: - Ideally 8 years' experience in M&E fit outs. A Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree. Exp of Data Centre build would be great. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
