Site Manager(Housing. North Dublin & Dublin South (Multiple Openings. € Attractive + Van + Bonus. Site Manager required for leading private developer undertaking high-quality new homes schemes across Dublin. Ideal candidate will have experience working on high-quality housing projects either with a reputable developer or contractor. Developments will vary from 15-100+ Units. Requirements. Working knowledge of groundworks/civil works. Trade qualification. Strong knowledge of current building regulation and Homebond requirements. Ability to produce high-quality finish on programme. Ability to produce regular progress reports for presentation to senior management. Package includes company van and bonus and options to progress.
