Fantastic opportunity to join an independent health economic and market access consultancy based in Ireland. My client is a specialist consulting company who combines economic reasoning with sophisticated economic, statistical, econometric, and financial analysis. They are actively seeking to hire an Economic Consultant Manager. As EC Manager you will be a senior member of the team. They operate 100% remote working, allowing all employees to benefit from a better work/life balance. Responsibilities would include but not limited to: Working with the top pharmaceutical companies you will work closely with colleagues to develop, manage, and deliver economic submissions to respective bodies and organisations. Undertake economic modelling (budget impact and cost effectiveness) to support above economic submissions. Develop sustainable relationships with their clients. Project manage submissions to ensure that timelines are met, and that progress can be communicated regularly to their clients. Provide quality control measures economic submissions to ensure our high-quality standards are met. Proactively strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in national and international conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing. Develop Economic Forecasts and assist in the development of Economic Strategies for clients. Contribute to the enhanced awareness of the company in the marketplace and the high quality of their work e.g. presenting at forums and publications. Drive business development and further adoption of their service provision. Contribute to projects that enhance the companys culture, working life and client experience. An ideal candidate will possess: The ideal candidate will have gained at least 3 years Economic Analysis or Economic Research experience. You will demonstrate excellent Technical Economic Modelling capabilities and have a strong academic track record - BSc degree, MSc/PhD (preferable), in Economics, Health Economics, Economic Modelling or a related field. 3+ years professional experience in economic consulting industry with evidence of career progression. Ability to work as part of a team, across a range of projects and/ or competing priorities, ensuring good time and project management and excellent communication skills. The ability to work on own initiative without supervision. A strong work ethic and pride in producing high quality work. Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral.
