The site provides leadership in operational excellence and productivity efforts, by combining knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing with CI methodologies to deliver results. The site uses both event-based (Lighthouse Projects, Kaizen Events), and Sitewide Lean Production & Management systems application. Subject Matter expert for Lean Production & Management system rollout - all lean practices & emphasis on leading change. Partner with site leadership to identify and prioritize major productivity improvement. Serve as CCI Coach partnering with Business Area Leads to facilitate the chosenmethodology for the improvement project. Relevant third level degree, Lean Masters Qualification and Six Sigma Green Belt trained plus with 5 + years’ experience in a in a lean CI role – preferably in a GMP manufacturing facility.
