Chef. Excel Recruitment is currently in progress of hiring a chef for our client in the north Cork area. You will be working for Award-Winning retailer who is focused on their standards, customer service and team progression. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deli Manager with previous chef experience. This job requires previous experience in a fast-paced environment. Our client is a well-known retailer who is a market leader in Fresh Food operations. Main duties : Daily Food preparation. Maintaining all Food Safety regulations. Merchandising of the kitchen area to the highest standards. Hygiene/HACCP. Managing team. Day to day deli area operations. Labour control. Orders, waste and shrink control. Cook, prepare and Sous Chef with at last 3 years in a busy kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have : Previous chef experience. Good knowledge of Food Safety Regulations. Attention to detail. Team player. Focused on progression. An ambitious individual looking for a future retail career.
