Business Development Manager - Engineering. This is a business who are in demand in the midst of the Covid situation who are well positioned to offer valuable products and services to under pressure businesses. Join them on their journey! €45-45k basic. OTE of €60k+ Company car, phone, laptop, fuelcard, company credit card, pension. This job will require you to: Manage client facing relationships with existing key accounts to map out their needs for engineering solutions in their supply chain. Work with internal engineering teams to design, develop and implement solutions to agreed timescales and budgets. Identify potential for up and cross sell opportunities. Prepare tenders, presentations and deliver towards revenue targets to keep company presence high in the market. Utilise internal support and marketing functions to assist in delivering sales targets. Key skills needed: 3 years selling to manufacturing, life science or pharmaceutical organisations. Engineering degree a benefit but not required.
