We are currently looking for an OSIsoft PI Software Engineer to join a team based in Co. Waterford.   Responsibilities: This level covers positions that have a solid grounding in SCADA, PLC, OPC, Continuous/Batch Historians and DCS Based control systems. Ability to understand RtReports. Implementing, configuring and troubleshooting of OSI PI Interfaces including, but not limited to, OPC DA, PItoPI, RDBMS and UFL. Develop PI Systems and GxP documentation. Draft Validation documents for installation and operational qualification, including design specification, creation and execution across a number of successful projects. Works with clients to understand, agree and implement technical requirements, in conjunction with TQS Team. Provide client operational support to the SLA Team. Implementation, configuration and installation of PI systems on client sites.   Requirements. Degree in IT, Automation, Engineering or a related discipline. Permanent right to work in EU an absolute must. Fluency in English required, fluency in German a distinct advantage. 1-3 years supporting PI Projects and Systems. 2 years of experience in programming and GxP environment or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Good understanding of how SQL Databases are setup & administered with respect to PI systems, in addition to Oracle installation, query and view structuring. Level 100 OSIsoft PI Accredited. Level 200 OSIsoft PI Accreditation certified within 12 month duration of starting this position. Full clean driving licence for Ireland/Europe is desired.   Interested?
