Associate Director – IBOR Operations. Global Asset Manager. Dublin 2. My client has an exciting new opportunity for a Head of IBOR Operations in their Dublin office. In this role, you will be involved in building a global Investment Book of Records Operations team, including recruitment as required across three locations globally. You will also be responsible for implementing the target operating model for the team. Responsibilities include: Implement an SLA framework defining delivery of the IBOR service. Manage a global team across three locations. Implement a Target Operating Model that delivers the IBOR service in an efficient manner. Define team structure, operating checklists and tasks. Drive hiring process for IBOR operations team. Requirements: Extensive experience in the Asset Management industry with a strong understanding of running an IBOR (Investment Book of Records) Operations team. Experience building and managing global teams. A Senior People Leader with prior experience taking ownership for the development of a team and implementing a succession plan to ensure the team members can learn and develop and advance in their careers. Strong product knowledge across multiple asset classes including Fixed Income and Derivatives. Previous experience working with front office stakeholders with the ability to understand and interpret their needs in relation to an IBOR. Good knowledge of back office operations – Position Services, Reconciliations, Securities Reference Data, Pricing and Corporate Actions .
