Sales and Marketing Manager required 4* Hotel in Co Limerick, this is a great opportunity for a progressive leader to manage the Sales and Marketing Department in this popular Hotel. Ensure all Sales and marketing actions are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards and policies. To take full responsibility for Sales and Marketing promotions and activities including businessDevelopment, advertising, Social Media and online content. To continually liase and communicate with all Team Members in achieving the Sales targets for Rooms, Events, Food and Beverage, Corporate, Leisure and other Revenues. To provide leadership, clarity and positivity to Management, employees and Hotel guests alike. To support, coach and mentor all Team Members to agreed post Covid-19 standards. To motivate the Team Members in delivering a safe and consistent level of service for all guests. To create Sales plan, write Budget, coordinate Room rates, oversee ancillary revenue options The Candidate. Must have minimum 4 years Sales and Marketing Management experience in a 4* star hotel. Have current responsibility for Social Media and Digital marketing. Have excellent attention to detail and be standards focused. Must be organised, creative, motivated, flexible and confident.
