Associate Director Enterprise Risk – Financial Services. My client is global privately-owned asset manager and they are currently looking for an Enterprise Risk professional to join them at Associate Director level. Responsibilities: Lead the design of enhancements to the corporate financial risk framework. Gain excellent understanding of current frameworks, data sources and processes, teams involved, best practices etc. Lead and/or support other ERM projects and initiatives. Define any new requirements or updates to financial risk policies. Support the development of the risk appetite, risk culture and risk reporting processes. Provide expert support and guidance to all stakeholder. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key internal stakeholders. Requirements: 10+ years’ experience working in a Risk role in Funds/Asset Management. Strong experience designing, building, enhancing and running financial risk management frameworks, preferably in the asset management sector. Experience building, leading and managing a team. Proven excellent stakeholder management skills. Professional Risk qualification preferable. Excellent communication skills. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
