Recruiting for Bakery Staff. The successful candidate will work with our in-store bakery team preparing breads and fresh sandwiches for our in-store fresh foods range. The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum 12 months experience in an instore bakery. Creative and able to embrace new recipes. Excellent communication skills. Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs. Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible. Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attractive terms and overall package available based on experience. Duties and Key Responsibilities. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following behaviours: Bake and finish products to the highest standard. Drive sales through in store initiatives. Merchandise and present the Bakery department to the highest standard at all times. Follow stock taking guidelines. Conduct quality and freshness checks.
