MYM is working with a recognised leading retailer in the North West of Ireland. Currently employing an excess of 100 people. They pride themselves on its diverse product offering, serving the community of the North West Donegal and beyond. They now have an opening for an Accounts Administrator to be part of their busy team. If you feel you have what it takes to join the energetic and ambitious team, and work for 7 months possibly leading to other opportunities please apply. Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Dealing with customers & suppliers. Processing sales & purchase invoices. Assist in the efficient operation of payroll. Answering telephone calls and general office duties. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail, in a busy environment. Carry out general administrative duties to include filing as required. Purchase ledger duties. Other general office duties as required. Essential Criteria: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel. Excellent communication skills. Computer literacy essential. Experience using Sage. Experience in a similar role. Good overall knowledge of basic accounts.
