HR Operations Specialist. Dublin. FTC. My client, a well known organisation in the Tech sector is recruiting a HR Operations Specialist to join their team in Dublin due to continued expansion. Responsibilities. Act as first point of contact for global HR queries. Providing support to employees, pre-hires, recruiters and third parties in relation to the on-boarding process. Actively managing the resolution of queries in an efficient and timely manner and escalating issues where necessary. Maintain and build on knowledge of internal policies and procedures as well as employment legislation and regulations. Liaise with other areas of the business of all levels as required. Consistently promote a positive employer brand and ensure excellent employee experience. Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of internal systems and tools. Support other HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements. 2+ years experience in a HR role. Degree qualified in HR/Business or similar relevant area. Positive attitude and a customer focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Adaptable and flexible to deal with changing business needs. Good judgement , attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR systems.
