My client has an exciting opportunity for the right person who is looking for their next HR career move in Ulster. The role involves Recruitment and HR responsibilities and offers strong career progression for the right candidate. On a day to day basis your role would be divided into: Recruitment: Recruitment and Selection for the business, drafting and posting job ads, interviewing, and issuing contracts etc. HR: Advising Managers on how to handle any ER issues, knowledge of employment law, 1 to 1 with staff members and providing coaching and motivation. Essential Requirements A minimum of 3 years’ in a similar type role; Recruitment Manager with HR aspects. An understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations. A practical understanding of employment legislation. Knowledge of drafting, implementing, and overseeing HR policies and procedures.
