My client has an urgent need for an experienced HR Manager, based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. Please note for this role, you need to have a 2nd language of Romanian, Polish or Russian. Your day to day duties would include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting for the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, planning strategic HR initiatives, running orientation and onboarding processes, as well as updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.
