Customer Care Manager (Residential Developer) | Dublin (City & County) | €Neg+ Required for a leading private residential developer with several high-quality housing and apartment projects both planned and under construction across the GDA (Greater Dublin Area) with impressive expansion plans. This developer has a strategically list of impressive ‘landbanks’ both sides of the M50 (North & South. Duties: Experience of the residential market in the region. Basic technical knowledge of house construction and what faults/repairs may arise. Have excellent customer facing skills, must be a ‘people person’. Have the ability to deal direct with construction teams and Site Managers. Manage the customer journey from exchange through completion and post completion.
