We are delighted to be working with our Mid-Ulster based client who specialises in stone masonry and precast construction work for both the residential and commercial sectors. They have recently won a new tender for this large-scale project in York which involves constructing 18 student accommodation blocks erecting 2 or 3 blocks at a time. Due to the scale of the project they wish to recruit 2 Crane Supervisors . This is an exciting opportunity, with a competitive salary, for the right individuals, as the company continues to expand, grow, and succeed. Key Duties/Responsibilities : Coordinating lifts, offloading deliveries, attaching edge protection as well as supervising proceedings. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels. A strong work ethic and ability to drive their team on. Responsible for the erecting team and report any site hazards to Management. Carry out any other task as instructed by Management deemed to be reasonable in this post. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience on a large-scale project. Working from heights certificate. Crane Supervisor card. Precast experience is essential. Current CSR/CSCS card. Good attention to detail.
