Administrator. 12 month FTC. Dublin – North. My client, a multinational in the Life Sciences sector, is recruiting an Administrator to join the team on their site in North Dublin. This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract. Responsibilities. Take ownership of all administrative activities. Collect data, update and maintain internal systems in an efficient and timely manner. Organise and document internal and external meetings and site visits. Liaise and collaborate with colleagues and other areas of the business as required. Operate in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. Adhere to compliance standards and H&S regulations and drive a culture of compliance within the organisation. Ensure the site is audit-ready by conducting pre-audit inspections. Assist in developing documents such as SOPs, training documentation, etc. as necessary. Design and deliver presentations when required. Associated ad-hoc general administration. Requirements. 5+ years’ administration experience. Previous experience in a highly regulated multinational environment. Excellent communication and presentations skills. Self-started with excellent time management. Highly organised with excellent attention-to-detail and accuracy. Strong administration and IT skills. High proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Experience with SharePoint.
