Retail Marketing Manager. Excel Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join our well-known fashion retail chain client. This position is based in their head office in Kildare/Laois. The successful candidate will have a strong record of implementing and developing long term marketing strategies and hold 4 years' experience within a senior marketing position. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for an energetic and fast-paced team including a Marketing Assistant and all marketing activities across the business. Key responsibilities for the job of Retail Marketing Manager include: Develop, create and manage the Marketing Strategy. Manage the budget and all marketing costs. Manage the website, social media and digital marketing. PR and Events. Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, external agencies and media partners. Work cross functionally with other areas of the business such as buying and the suppliers. Co-ordinate the retail marketing calendar. Develop and deliver campaigns and promotional events. Oversee the graphic design, POS and campaign collateral. Gather and analyse customer insight. Skills & experience for the job of Retail Marketing Manager include: 5 years' experience in a similar Marketing position. Digital and social media experience is essential. Marketing degree/ qualification is advantageous. An established network of media contacts an advantage. Retail or hospitality experience is ideal.
