Consumer Protection Executive. The role holder will be required to contribute to the success of the Consumer Protection Division, which operates in a fast moving and high task volume environment. Given the diversity of consumer protection issues, the role holder will be expected to be a quick learner, flexible in their work approach and results focussed. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the Consumer Protection Manager in the administration of the compliance inspection activity and enforcement of consumer protection legislation. They will also support the overall work of the Unit on an ongoing basis, as needed.
